Slippin’ and a slidin’ Combo Concert

The concert will feature the Luigi Liani’s multilingual songs. These song are inspired by his travels in the Mediterranean and the South America and by the problems of immigration. Among the songs play during the evening: Le Petit Senegal, Edriel, Catalina la Reina, Sarah and Sarah respectively in French, Italian, Spanish and English, all influenced by jazz and African and Afro Cuban music. The program also includes tracs by Bud Powell; Hallucinations, Paris thouroughfare and a vocal version of Un poco loco, in addition to Gospel jazz.
